Split Up My Bill app for iPhone and iPad

Split Up My Bill allows up to six friends to quickly determine what they owe for a common bill.

It works by proportionally distributing the tax and tip onto each friends total.

Each friend is required to total the cost of their food and drink, without tax and tip. Ask to keep a menu, and after the server leaves, help each friend figure the cost of their order, and enter it.

When the bill arrives, enter three more numbers: the pre-tax total of the bill, enter the tax, and enter a tip. Then this app uses the proportion of each friends total against the pre-tax total, to divvy out the tax and tip.

If someones bill is off and theres unassigned dollars, or the server made a mistake, the "Remaining Bill" amount will warn you that your totals do not match up.
